    Luke’s primary focus is strategic and complex transactions, including capital raising transactions, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and joint ventures/strategic alliances. Luke’s clients include private companies, as well as individuals.


    Before joining Gleissner Law, Luke was an associate with the Law Offices of David W. Griffeth in Athens, Georgia. Luke is licensed to practice law in Georgia.


    Luke graduated magna cum laude from the Citadel in 2007 with a bachelors in Business. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia in 2010. As an undergraduate, he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and actively involved in leadership roles. While getting his doctorate degree he wrote papers involving corporate governance in foreign countries and international civil litigation.
